Booking Terms and Conditions
- Reservations and Confirmations: No reservation shall be deemed confirmed until you have expressly accepted our proposed arrangements and a deposit has been received to secure bookings with our suppliers.
- Deposits and Payments: A non-refundable deposit is requisite at the time of booking to secure reservations. Final payment must be remitted no later than 30 days prior to the departure date. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in the cancellation of your booking and the forfeiture of any deposits paid.
- Rates and Pricing: All rates are subject to alteration without notice due to fluctuations in fuel costs, government-imposed taxes, park entry fees, currency exchange rates, or increases in the cost of domestic and international flights. Cruises shall not be held liable for such unforeseen adjustments.
- Availability: All accommodations, flights, cruises, and other travel services are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation. We cannot guarantee availability until reservations are finalized.
- Cancellation Charges: Confirmed reservations may be subject to cancellation fees as stipulated by our third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, and cruise lines.
- Payment Methods: Payments made via credit card will incur a surcharge of 3.5%. Bank transfers are subject to a fee of USD 45 per transaction. International transaction fees and currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the client.
- Additional Charges: Cruises is not accountable for any augmentations in government taxes, fees, or charges post-confirmation and payment of a booking. The client is liable for any supplementary fees in compliance with applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Cruises, including its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to, or use of, the website or services provided. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cruises from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the website or services, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

It is a condition of your booking that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance adequate to cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation costs, loss or damage of luggage, and cancellation or curtailment of your trip. Cruises accepts no liability for any of the aforementioned risks.
Health and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all health and medical requirements for your travel destinations. This includes obtaining necessary vaccinations, medications, and complying with any health advisories or entry requirements. Cruises shall not be liable for any health-related issues that may arise during or after your trip.
Amendments and Cancellations by the Client
- Amendments: Any requests for modifications to your booking must be submitted in writing. All amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional costs, fees, or charges as imposed by third-party suppliers.
- Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel your booking, notification must be provided in writing. Cancellation fees will apply in accordance with our cancellation policy and the terms stipulated by our suppliers. Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting applicable penalties and charges.
Third-Party Suppliers
Cruises acts solely as an intermediary agent for third-party suppliers such as hotels, airlines, cruise lines, and tour operators. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, or negligence of these independent entities. All bookings and services provided by third-party suppliers are subject to their respective terms and conditions, which will be furnished upon request.
Severability

Cruises reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, replace, or cancel any aspect of your itinerary in response to operational requirements, safety considerations, or events beyond our control. In circumstances where alterations are necessary, we shall endeavor to provide services of equal or greater value. Any additional expenses incurred as a result of such modifications shall be the responsibility of the client.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
